The free dieline template will be based on your custom size of the paper printed box, corrugated printed box and gift paper boxes, rigid paper boxes. Paper Box Styles Available for the Free Templates

We provide the free templates for around 10 common paper box styles, which are very popular for the product packaging. They can meet your most packaging need. However, if you have a custom box style that is not listed on the list below, we will charge you a little fees depending on the box complexity. Maybe free of charge. Information We Need for the Template Creating

The box size and the paperboard are two important factors for the paper box template creating. An accurate dieline measurement means that your product can fit the box perfectly when the package is done.

What is the paperboard you would like to use for your paper box or bag template? If it is a regular paper printed box made of the SBS paperboard, we usually assume that paper board thickness is 0.5mm. If it is the corrugated board used to make a corrugated printed box, we need know the flute types, E flute, or BC flute, or F flute. For a rigid box, we need know the paperboard thickness you need, is it 1mm, 1.5mm, or 2mm?

Is the size the inner size or the outer size of the box? The difference between the inner size and outer size is caused by the paperboard thickness. For the corrugated box and rigid paper box, it is important for us to know this information. This may cause a price difference and a big trouble in the future when you find that the box can not fit your products or that the products wiggle and move inside the box.

Also if you are not sure about the size of the box, you can send us a sample of your product. Then our designer can decide the size for you.

Specify the Length, Width, Height in the Correct Order

In the paper printed packaging field, standard paper box is measured as length x width x height(depth), where the height is the vertical dimension of the box when the opening is facing upwards.

Digital Design Sample

Meantime, we can also supply you the digital design samples before the hard sample to save you the cost and time. The digital design sample is a 3D mockup of the real paper box, which can give you a better view of the box you want.

This is a rigid shoulder box with the hinged lid. The custom paper box has the partitions inside made of the folding cardboard paper without gluing.
