Electronic Packaging Boxes

We produce the various custom electronic packaging boxes, like the cookware boxes, large LCD screen cartons, coffee maker boxes, earphone paper boxes, corrugated electronics boxes with the plastic handle and so on. In the meantime, we also outsource the paper box inserts for our clients, such as the molded paper pulp, thermoformed tray, EVA foam and so on.

Both corrugated printed boxes above are typical corrugated mailer boxes, which are widely used for the retail and shipping purpose. It is strong and beautiful. The green paper printed box on the right has the molded paper pulp inside to hold the different items of the electronic products.

The corrugated printed boxes are widely used for the consumer electronics device, like flatscreen TV, audio players, mobil phones, laptops, printers, paper shredders, video game consoles, robot kits and digit cameras and so on.

The 2 custom paper boxes above both have the corrugated mailer box style too. The red paper printed box on the left is made of the 400gsm SBS C1S paperboard with the exquisite paperboard inserts inside to hold the small parts of the product. On the right is a kraft color mailer box with the flexo printing for the logo. Such a box is quite cost-effective. It is cheap, strong and beautiful.

The E flute corrugated printed box on the left is a typical tuck top auto bottom paper box. It has the matte laminating outside, very pretty. While for the custom corrugated printed box on the right, it has the UV glossy varnishing. Also, a plastic handle is used on the top for the easy carrying of the cookware products inside.

It is a very beautiful lift off lid rigid paper box on the left. It is made of the blue specialty paper with the logo foil stamped on the lid. Inside the base, there is a custom diecut foam insert inside to hold and to protect the product inside. On the right is another cookware packaging box, which is made of the B flute corrugated board.

Large LCD Screen Corrugated Box

Besides the pretty E flute, F flute corrugated boxes, we also supply the large corrugated cartons for the electronic products, like TV, computer screen. With our ManRoland 900 series printing press, we can print the EE flute, EB flute, BC flute large corrugated carton boxes for the LCD screen packaging box, TV carton. The E flute corrugated box is widely used for the mailing and postage purpose.

When we say electronics packaging boxes here, we refer to the custom paper boxes, cartons made for the packaging of the various electronics products. Our electronic packaging boxes can be divided into 3 categories, the single layer paper printed box, multi-layer corrugated printed box and the rigid paper boxes. For the corrugated packaging boxes, B, E, F, BE, BC flute corrugated boards are available. Since we are a custom paper box manufacturer, you can have a printed paper box with the custom size, paper material, printing and finish.

Besides the custom printed paper boxes, we also supply the inserts inside for the protection of the electronic products. These includes the corrugated diecut inserts, thermo-formed plastic tray, EVA foam, EVA foam inserts, as well as the molded paper pulp tray.
