Sizes and Structure

The folder size is medium. It is 20cm in length, 16cm in width and 5cm in depth. And it is the outer size of the printed paper box.

This is a typical folding paper box with an intelligent box structure. On the sides, it has thick walls for protection and cushioning. The top cover can flip open. It has a tongue which acts as a lock for the closure of the paper box.

The advantage of the walls can also provide extra stacking ability. Then they won’t be crushed during the stacking and storage.

Materials and Paperboard

Because it is a small cardboard box, we adopt a paper material, which is very special. It is the micro-flute corrugated board. That is N flute. It is only 1mm in thickness. It is stronger than the normal 24pt SBS paperboard, because it is thicker. This leads to good rigidity and durability. Moreover, the flute height is extremely low. Thus, it has the more excellent printing quality than the E flute corrugated box, because the surface is more smoother.

Color and Printing

The printed paper box has the crisp full color printing. Most of color is navy blue with a brilliant logo. The dazzling visual effect is achieved by the gold foil stamping and embossing. On the bottom of the box is the white logo.

Another benefit we can get from the UV printing is the crisp image reproduced on the custom paper box. The printed paper box has the finer details and vivid colors.  Therefore, if you are looking for a custom paper box of good definition and vibrant color, the UV printing is a very good option.

For many special paperboards which have the gorgeous textures and patterns, the traditional offset printing just doesn’t work very well due to the limitation of the thickness or smoothness. However, the UV printing works. The UV printing has a less strict requirement for the paper materials. For the cosmetic paper boxes, the 24pt SBS C2S paperboard is usually used, but it is too thick for the litho printing, while the UV printing can work very well. The black special paperboard is also widely used for the custom paper boxes and UV printing can render the best printing quality.

Besides the high definition of the printing quality, the UV printing can also produce the very high glossy effect on the paper printed boxes and corrugated printed boxes. Meanwhile, the inks are prevented from fading with time.

There is another great benefit for the UV printed paper boxes. It is scratch resistant. Once the UV inks is dried by the UV light, the UV inks on the surface becomes very hard. It can well protect the custom paper box from scratching and dirt.

The rigid paper box features 3D-embossing effect and the logo is printed using black matte foil. We’re a bit in a rush so a swift reply is appreciated. We would need to have a sample the first week of June.

1. As you see in the sketch I have made 2 x 3D-files and I wonder how high/low the emboss can be on the lid of the lift-off lid rigid box? Is 2-3 mm possible?

The embossing is usually 1-2mm. The 2D graphic PDF file would be ok.

2. Also, I have the 3D-files in the 3DS format, is this ok for your CNC-machine to develop the dies?

Then the technician will adjust the machine to develop the dies.

3. We mainly work with environmentally friendly paper. Would it be ok to use 118gsm EGF – Evergreen 50/50 – Balanced White as wrapping paper? It’s made from 50% bamboo/50% recycled paper.

The SBS C1S paperboard will be used as the wrapping paper, because it is 100% virgin pulp. It has the finest printing quality.

4. The emboss we’re looking for is not a usual 2D emboss but a 3D/multilevel emboss. I attach an image of the 3D file I have and also an example of what a multi-level emboss look like. Can you do such a thing?

I understand what you mean. The machine will be adjusted manually by the technician to create the vivid 3D effect. The machine just can not read the 3d fille.

5. I understand, but do you think we can get all the details of structure and textures that are in the 3D file? It’s a very different kind of graphic than the bag you’re currently working on. Yes maybe we should make a try as you suggest, how quickly could you do a test you think?

We can not reproduce all the details of structure and textures that are in the 3D file. I guess your requirement for the embossing is very high. I am just afraid that we can not meet your standard.

Besides the embossing, you can also use the spot UV on the custom paper box, which can create a 3D effect too. On the matte black surface, you have a black spot UV for the image. You will get a great visual effect.

But PDF or AI doesn’t work for such a file. It’s 3D data and is in a 3DS file, a PDF cannot contain such data. Please let me know if 3D is ok with the die maker.

We have a partner company which can create the positive and negative die for us. Just no worry.

We are a small candle manufacturer in the UK about to launch a glassware range next year in the UK. We take receipt of all decorated glassware later this month and are now looking at trying to finalize the candle packaging supply.

Hoping the attached is self-explanatory. The artwork is naturally draft from a dimension perspective as it will require modification to accommodate the final paper box design and material selection. Please note the dieline template design adopted is not finalized. The current template of the printed paper box has purely been used to understand and demonstrate artwork layout and content.

The quantities would be as previously discussed. We are looking for luxury feel to the packaging and certainly open to any suggestions you may have with regard to finishes etc.

Our initial thoughts are for a clean, simple, contemporary design i.e. white (not brilliant white) with blue foiling for the front text and the horizontal band. All text on side, base and back will require to be printed in CMYK.

Although the packaging is to be flat pack we are keen to present a quality luxury feel to the box i.e. smooth texture white finish, blue foiling and sharp printing.

Packaging Solution

We have the soft touch paper as your options. It would render a very luxury feel at the first sight, which is pure, clean and pretty. Maybe we can produce some sample boxes first if you are interested.

400gsm paperboard would work great for the candle container packaging.

For the internal liner, I suggest that we use the F flute corrugated board, white liner inside, which is 1.2mm in thickness.

With the embossing finish, letters and images of the logo raise in relief from the paperboard. Thus, the logo stands out.

Foil Stamping

While during the foil stamping process, the brilliant color on the foil paper is partly transferred to paperboard under the pressure of the engraved die, impressing a glittering logo on the paper printed box.

Hence, when embossing comes across foil stamping, a printed paper box starts to be under a glamour, being attractive, alluring and extravagant.

On the lid, the brand JEEVES & JERICHO has the black foil stamping first, then is embossed to have the slight 3D effect. Near the bottom of the 4 sides, the stars have only the black foil stamping.

Band Around The Body

You may notice the large white areas on the 4 sides of the body. And you think it looks ugly. Yes, it is. But it is just where the smart design is. Actually, the client has many tea flavors. It would be quite complicated to create a box design for each flavor.

Recently we made a sample box for Aura Jewelry, which is a very well-know brand in Europe.  There are several designs, each of which was printed with a solid PMS color for the under-painting. Thereafter, a soft touch finish was added to the printed paper box by doing a soft touch laminating outside, which gives the paper box a velvet touch outside, soft, smooth and silken.

Thereafter, the logo was gold foil stamped. The interesting and intriguing part of the custom paper box is the crown like logo, which consists of a lot of fine dots and lines. They very almost inconspicuous. The foil stamping for the logo would be quite demanding, which would require much time, effort and attention.

With regard to the box structure, the jewelry paper box adopts the a straight tuck end paper box style. Because the length, width and height of the printed paper box have the same dimension, it is like a cube, which is also referred to cubic paper box.

The black color corrugated board inserts usually consists of 2 types according to the thickness. One is the black color E flute insert, which is around 1.8mm in thickness and is mostly used in in the cosmetic paper boxes. The matter silver luster is very eye-appealing and looks quite upscale. However, this paper just doesn’t fit in. We forgot that the lipstick is specially designed for the dark skin. A silver look is more appropriate for the white skin.

Since the silver paperboard didn’t work. We had to follow the designer’s instruction to print a PMS color, Pantone Cool Gray 11C. It turned out that this gray color was quite a brilliant idea. We achieved great success by using this color. It looked very beautiful, particularly for the people of dark skin.

After we got the correct paper material, we had to pick the perfect color for the bronze foil stamping, which has many color variations. We tried the deep bronze foil color and light bronze foil color. The light bronze color stands out. The matte deep gray color of the paper box is a great match for this light bronze foil color. The paper box quite agrees with the designer’s idea that dark skin can stand out to be beautiful.

Recently we happened to make a very special E flute corrugated printed box for our client, which has the pantone silver inks printing for the background color and silver hot foil stamping for the logo text.

Pantone Silver Inks Printing

There are 2 kinds of metallic inks available for the pantone silver printing, the pantone 877C and the pantone silver 107077C.  And there is an obvious contrast between these 2 inks.

PANTONE 877 C is the silver base used to blend the ‘conventional’ PANTONE Metallic colors, which have existed since the mid-to-late 1980’s.

PANTONE Silver 10077 C is the specialized, non-leafing silver base manufactured by Eckart and used to formulate the PANTONE Premium Metallic colors, which were introduced in May 2010 with the PANTONE PLUS SERIES upgrade.

‘Conventional’ metallic base colors contain metal flake, which leafs to the surface as the ink dries to produce the metallic effect.  The extent of this ‘leafing characteristic’ can vary depending on the length of time it takes for the ink to dry.  This can lead to inconsistencies in the appearance of the colors from run to run.

Within the PANTONE Silver 10077 ink, the metallic particles are evenly dispersed within the vehicle of the ink, thereby removing this ‘leafing characteristic’ and leading to more consistently repeatable results.

Besides the metallic silver inks printing, another popuplar metallic inks printing is the metallic gold color printing, PMS 872.  They are widely used for the high-end corrugated printed boxes, paper printed boxes and rigid paper boxes.

Silver Hot Foil

Silver hot foil as well as gold hot foil is one of the most popular color for the hot foil finish, which is a speical kind of finish where paper foil is used to create striking designs and graphics on the outer surface of the packaging box. It gives the paper printed box a shiny and incredible look, adding a very luxury feel. The silver hot foil is widely used on the cosmetic paper boxes and rigid boxes.

The touch of the boxes feels like the leather, which is the most amazing thing of the packaging design. The print designer took the picture of the black leather and used it as the back ground image of the box. And the soft touch finish finally proved that it works perfectly. The whole box is flood printed with the PMS color. On the top lid is the spot UV varnished logo iamge, which has 2 colors, white and blue. The blue color on the logo image is a PMS color too. What make the rigid box special is the soft touch laminating applied on the surface printing inks.  Besides the soft touch laminating, there are 2 other solutions to achieve the soft touch effect, the soft touch paper and soft touch varnishing.

Inside the rigid box is 2 separate thermal formed tray inserts to hold the products. The thermalformed tray is made of the 0.6mm thickness PP plastic paper material. The color is black.

The corrugated box printed inside and outside usually comes in 2 styles, B flute corrugated printed box and E flute corrugated printed box. The E flute corrugated printed box is recommended when you need a small or medium size paper box, while the B flute corrugated printed box is recommended when you need a large size paper box. Compared with the E flute paper box, the B flute corrugated box is thicker and stronger, providing a better protection to the protects inside thanks to its extraordinary durability and rigidity. A Typical Double Sided Printed Corrugated Box

The double sided printed corrugated box below is litho offset printed inside and outside. But both sides have quite the different finish. On the outside, the box is printed matte black achieved by the matte laminating, while on the inside, the print is semi-glossy varnished.

This is a typical E flute mailer box printed inside and outside, which is one of our most featured products. The box is flat shipped and packed to reduce the shipping cost and warehouse cost. Also, the box is a completely die-cutting paper box without using glue water or tapes, easy to setup. And it is very strong for the long distance delivery due to its very special structure.

The most stunning point of the box is that it is really beautiful when you want a pretty but strong package for your product.

There are 2 printing solution to the double sided printed corrugated box. One is the litho printing, which is also referred to as offset printing. The other solution is the flexo printing.

The 2 solution has quite the different production process.

For the paper material, the litho printing is usually applied on the E flute corrugated box, which usually has 4 layers, CCNB paperboard laminated on both sides.  It is strong but heavy due to the high grammage.  While for the felxo printed cartons, the 3 layer B flute paperboard is used with white kraft liner on both sides.

The mailer box below is a corrugated box printed inside and outside by using the litho printing.

The box is made for the Vendera in USA for the mail purpose. The style is the roll end tuck top with dust flaps, a typical box style for the corrugated mailer boxes. But the box is well designed to have the custom die-cutting to have the integral insert.

Great Strength Paperboard

The board for the corrugated box printed inside and out consists of 4 layers, 300gsm art paper (SBS C1S paperboard) on the exterior and interior of the box, the middle 140gsm E flute paper and the 170gsm kraft liner. The combination gives the paperboard the excellent rigidity and durability, which is better than the ordinary 3-ply corrugated board. This will be very useful for the shipping of the products inside.

The E flute corrugated board is only 1.8mm in thickness and F flute is only 1mm in thickness. The thickness of such paperboard is perfect for the high quality litho printing.

The art paper used is also referred to the SBS C1S paperboard, 18pt in thickness.

Matte Laminating

The box in the picture has the matte laminating on the surface to protect the inks from scratch and dirt.

Since DE Printed Box is a custom paper box manufacturer, you can also choose the glossy laminating,  UV glossy for the box design. If you need make the packaging design look more high-end and luxury, you can add the spot UV and foil stamping on the printed logo of the box.

Flexo Printing

The carton box in the picture below is a B flute corrugated box printed inside and outside by using the flexo printing solution. On the ouside, the stars are printed black color and the side panel has the pink color. On the inside of the mailer box, it is only pink color printed.

Compared with the E flute carton printed inside and out, the B flute carton has the advantage of light weight and low grammage. It is quite useful when you need reduce the mailing cost.

THC码头操作费

全称Terminal Handling Charges. 中文译为码头费，码头操作费。

拼箱时，一般只收取内装费用CFS，THC费用不收取。

费用是“码头费”的意思，英文全称为：“TERMINAL HANDLING CHARGE”，即”码头操作费”的意思，本来出口方支付本国的码头操作费用是天经地义的事情，但是这个THC费用是国际船东为了增加收入，通过 船公司公会统一附加到我国出口者身上，在早年将此费用从国外带到中国，目前出口集装箱中，必须无条件支付给国际船东的一项费用，在 FOB 贸易下，由出口方支付THC费用。 THC费用经过几次涨价，随着中国通胀加剧，THC也在2011年1月份涨价到新的高度，中国出口者的负担又增加了。

早年，THC的费用是：RMB370/20GP，RMB560/40GP，40HQ，但是2011年开始，THC费用基本已经涨到：RMB600/20GP，RMB900/40GP，HQ, 但是不同 船公司 在本次涨价范围中，还个别定价，不同 船公司 提出不同收费标准，目前以 马士基 的标准为最高，以及达到ORC费用的水平。

THC是付给船公司的，在签单或电放时付，有的船公司自己收，有的由外代代收，货代只是代付代收．也许每个地方可能有所不同，但同一地方都一样．上海的话，进出口都要，小箱370RMB大箱560RMB，如果是特种箱的话，费用还要多点，不过美国线没有THC费用．

THC是码头操作费，只分大小柜，不管货到不到一个柜，只要进口或出口的单位是一个集装箱，那么收费票准就是小柜370元，大柜560元，如果走的是拼箱，就按毛重或体积哪个大取哪个为收费标准，拼箱THC的收费标准是50元一个计量单位。

收取THC费用的地区有东南亚、中东、红海、非洲、南美、澳大利亚。后去OCR费用的地区有美国、加勒比海、欧基、地西、地东。一般船公司收ORC就不会收THC，收THC就不收ORC。如果同时收取，那么收费的争议会很大，ORC只在华南出现。

THC费用包含内容

THC是在运输过程中产生，相当于件杂货运输中的装卸费，但又比件杂货装卸费包含着更多的内容。

事实上，在从船—堆场或堆场—船之间所产生的与集装箱有关的费用，THC包括下列各项内容：集装箱装卸费、码头过磅费、拖头使用费、底盘车费、绑扎费等。THC为集装箱在上述作业中各项费用之和。

ORC始发地交接费用

ORC的全称是Original Receiving Charges，中文意思是：始发地交接费用，通常叫作本地码头操作费。在我们国家的南方地区的海港，比如广东省，福建省，海南省等地方都会收取这个费用，不过通常是FOB整柜才会有ORC费用，FOB的散货一般是没有这个费用的。

费用主要含义：
堆场—-船之间的集装箱运输操作费用。

ORC收费标准：
20尺柜：141美金/柜
40尺高柜和平柜均是269美金/柜

发往那些国家会收取ORC费用：
（1）欧洲—全部国家和地区。
（2）美洲—哥伦比亚、巴拉圭、巴西、阿根廷、乌拉圭、厄瓜多尔、美国 、 加拿大 、墨西哥、秘鲁、智利、委内瑞拉。
（3）非洲—阿尔及利亚、突尼斯、利比亚、埃及、摩洛哥。
（4）加勒比地区—巴拿马、洪都拉斯、萨尔瓦多、哥斯达黎加、尼加拉瓜、危地马拉、海地、牙买加、多米尼加、古巴。

ORC费用和THC费用的区别：

ORC和THC都属于码头操作费，只是叫法不同而已，ORC费用在一些距离我国比较远的地区用多些，THC费用则是用在一些距离我国比较近的地区会多些，比如日韩，东南亚，澳洲等地方，两者的费用也不同，THC是20尺柜是470人民币，40尺高柜和平柜都是750人民币/柜。 通常来说，ORC费用和THC费用是不会共存的。也就是说货代在运输这批货物的时候，如该航线按照ORC收取了费用，那么就不会再另外收THC费用，反之也是一样的。

注意事项：
（1）ORC费用是FOB费用内的，所以只要没有在合同中或者和买家先行约定这个费用由买家付，那么都是由卖家来支付的。
（2）ORC和THC在收取的对象不同，按照发往的国家不同，和出发港的地区不同，所以采用ORC还是THC大致可根据我们上面提到的发出地和目的国进行下初步判断。不过不同的船公司规则不同，如果应该收取THC费用的航线收取orc费用，这个时候多咨询下几家货代来来了解下情况再做决定，因为ORC的费用会更高一些。
（3）付ORC费用都是在签单和电放的时候付给船公司的，如您使用的货代，一般是付给货代的。

CFS拼箱费，内装费

全称container freight station. 中文译为拼箱费，内装费。 只在货物拼箱时产生。

CFS是集装箱货运站（CONTAINER FREIGHT STATION）: 是处理拼箱货的场所,它办理拼箱货的交接,配载积载后，将箱子送往CY，并接受CY交来的进口货箱，进行拆箱，理货，保管，,最后拨给各收货人。同时也可按承运人的委托进行铅封和签发场站收据等业务．CFS的费用，通常是以一个立方多少来算的。

DOC文件费

是英文 DOCUMENTATION FEE 的缩写，中文翻译为：”文件费” 。这个文件费是船公司为了降低单证人员的操作成本以及提货单据（提单）的印刷成本而征收出口方的一个费用。可以简单点理解，DOC就是提单费，因为我们出口时，需要船公司签发提单，而船公司收的费用。

DOC文件费的收费标准时多少？

DOC是按票收费的，每票多少钱不等，分船公司，有的100元，有的150，不一样以实际收费为准。

以目前深圳出口为例，目前DOC的收费标准已经提高到了RMB200/票 或者等值的美金，由于各公司汇率不一，所以有的收USD30，有的收USD35，但是基本很多船公司都已经不收美金，直接用RMB计价。

在深圳出口初期，人民币还未升值前，一直的标准是USD15（美金15元），RMB120/票，但是随着人民币的不断升值，船公司感觉以前的收费标准，已经赶不上通胀水平，所以，慢慢调整了DOC的收费标准，从原来USD15,一直慢慢上涨到，USD18,USD22(RMB150),USD25。到2010年3月份，再次将费用从原来RMB150标准提高到RMB200的标准。目前深圳还未跟随涨价的船公司就只有马士基，仍然收RMB150/票，但是深圳天捷预计，估计也坚挺不了多少。

在未来的时间，随着人民币不断升值，DOC费用有可能继续涨价，这些都是由于我国出口货主在国际贸易中处于弱势地位照成的，我们不再做过多的评论DOC费用是否合理的问题，但是在从事FOB贸易的客户，就必须无条件向船公司支付DOC,THC,ORC这些费用。

DOC费用属于FOB费用的范畴，报价为FOB的出口方必须支付。

AMS/ACI:

America manifest system(美国仓单系统),又称反恐舱单费，信息费。进口美国的货（世界各地）都需要提供这个数据，是向美国海关提供的，包括具体毛件体，真实收发货人，中英文品名。一般要求在截关前一天完成。 提供AMS，是因为9.11恐怖事件，美国海关加大最进口货物的监管，才成立的一种制度。 AMS是25美金一票，AMS截掉后如需要求更改数据，一般是40美金一票。

AMS仓单系统不只是美国需要，加拿大也需要，与美国的AMS同样性质的，只不过在加拿大叫ACI. ACI是30美金一票。

ENS:

全称Entry Summary Declaration，是“入境摘要报关单”的英文缩写，指的是欧洲海关提前舱单规则。自2011年1月1日起，欧盟将对前往或途径欧盟港口的所有货运强制执行“舱单提前申报”的规则，该规则适用于全部27个欧盟成员国（以下附上了欧盟成员国名单）。

不提交ENS有什么风险？

如果未能遵守此规则，最严重时可能导致停止装卸货物，以及货流和供应链的中断。另外，欧盟国家当地海关当局将会向负责提交货物申报单的承运人和其他方强制征收罚款或其他罚金。
如何提交ENS（入境摘要报关单）？
针对所有进入欧盟的货物，公司必须向集装箱船挂靠的欧盟国家首个停靠港提交入境摘要报关单 (ENS)，而且必须在起运港装载前24小时之前提交。

什么货物需提交ENS？

所有进口到欧盟的货物；所有中转的货物（无论最终目的地是否属欧盟境内）；所有过境的货物（如通过拖车、火车运到欧盟以外的国家）；船上未卸货物（如货物到乌克兰，船舶在希腊停靠但不卸货）。总之，只要船先挂靠欧盟港口的所有目的港都必须申报ENS。

提交ENS必须申报的数据有哪些？

提交ENS所需的信息将与现有的提单确认件信息基本相同。不同的是ENS对地址、货物描述及任何所提供的号码的精确度要求更高。

以下需特别注意：
1.Shipper发货人 (如有EORI号，请提供)：需提供完整公司名称，详细地址，国家、城市及邮编。
2.Consignee收货人 (如有EORI号，请提供)：需提供完整公司名称，详细地址，国家、城市及邮编。
3.Notify通知人(“TO ORDER”提货单则必须提供通知人信息；如有EORI号，请提供)：需有完整公司名称，详细地址，国家、城市及邮编。

注：EORI是英文Economic Operators Registration and Identification的缩写，该号码是欧盟国家内凡是有经济活动，尤其是有进出口生意的企业必备的一个登记号。只要在企业所属国海关登记获得该号码，在全欧盟通用。(EORI号如有，请务必在导ESR时即提供，6位HS代码也同时导入。)同时还需要提供以下信息：Container No.& Seal no. 集装箱号和封号、Goods Description 清晰、准确的货物描述、Type of package & Number of packages 包装数量和类型代码、4-6 digit HS Code 4-6位HS代码、Gross Weight 毛重、Shipping Mark 包装货物唛头、UN Dangerous Goods Code 危险货物的UN代码。

拖车价格确认与安排

1.确认拖车价格一定要知道装货地点和货物重量，核算成本是看耗油多少决定费用是否可便宜；
2.安排拖车，要知道装货时间，联系人，以及核对司机资料装货；
3.关于集装箱摆尾、致前、致中的要求

拖车注意事项，鉴于我们这个行业的特殊性，真正做到客户要求按点到场是比较难的，那么我们要有工作的处理原则：

1.  事先跟客人不要绝对保证；

2. 跟车行提前1小时；

仓库费就是进仓费,也可以叫卸货费,是司机付给出口港仓库,每家仓库收费差不多,有签收单,实报实销。

维佳联运仓库拼箱货物上下车费收费标准

一．仓库消防安保服务费 30 元 / 车；

二．货物上下车费（每票 2 立方起收）

（一） 普通货物：

外高桥港货物：22 元 / 立方，44 元 / 吨，（择大收取）； 洋山港的货物：47 元 / 立方，90 元 / 吨，（择大收取）；

（二）用厢型车或类似厢型车送货的：加收 30%；

（三）夜间收货（22：00 – 07：00）：加收 30%；

（四）用集装箱送货须落地卸货的，加收 100/20‘、150/40’；

（五）单件货物重量：

进外港货物： 3 – 7 吨，60 元 / 吨；

7 吨以上 90 元 / 吨； 进洋山港的货物：3-7 吨，120 元 / 吨；

7 吨以上 150 元 / 吨；

（六）单件货物长度大于 5 米：加收 30%；

FOB深圳的话，标准收费/费用如下，发货人有多少货，要花多少钱，照下面的收费标准套用就可以了：

1. LCL 散货FOB深圳费用

(1) 吨车费TRUCKING FEE： 工厂—-〉深圳散货仓库（海关监管仓），发货人可以自己安排（自己安排可能会便宜点），如果嫌麻烦，也可以让货代安排；

(2) 散货报关费CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FEE：RMB350.00/票 （如果没有出口报关权，还要买单出口；买单的详细解释请到我的博客里看）；

(3) 散货拼箱费CFS CHARGES: USD5.00/CBM (CIF预付货物：深圳所有的货代都是这个收费标准；FOB到付货物：有的货代是收这么多，有的货代收费比这个贵，请同收货人指定的货代确认 )

(4). 文件费DOC(或者叫提单费B/L FEE)： RMB150.00/票 (有的收USD15.00) （收货人指定的货代也有收RMB200.00或更多的，请同收货人指定的货代确认）

(5). AMS FEE(向美国海关做预申报的费用)：USD25.00/票 （除了货物去美国、加拿大之外，去其它地方的则不收）

(6). 手续费/操作费HANDLING CHARGE: RMB250.00/票 (FOB货，客户指定的货代通常会收这个费用；RMB250.00是个参考价，具体是多少，还是要同客户指定的货代确认)

(7). 电放费：RMB150.00/票（如果要做电放的话就收，不做就没有；当然有时做电放也可以申请免电放费）

2. FCL 柜货FOB深圳费用

(1). 拖车费TRUCKING FEE： 工厂—-〉深圳码头（盐田，赤湾，蛇口，或妈湾），可以自己安排（自己安排可能会便宜点），如果嫌麻烦，也可以让货代安排；

(2). 报关费CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FEE：RMB200.00/票 （如果没有出口报关权，还要买单出口）

(3). 港口建设费+码头安全费： RMB100.00/20′ RMB150.00/40’/40’HQ

(4). ORC(可以理解为码头费)： USD141.00/20′ USD269.00/40’/40’HQ；

THC(码头费)：RMB370.00/20′ RMB560.00/40’/40’HQ； 备注：去欧美的货物收ORC，而去东南亚、印巴、非洲的则收THC；在这一点上是有很大的不同；

(5). 文件费DOC(或者叫提单费B/L FEE)： RMB150.00/票 (有的收USD15.00) （收货人指定的货代也有收RMB200.00或更多的，请同你收货人指定的货代确认）
